Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the rooms were spacious with ocean views and a kitchen, which was great for cooking in if that's what you enjoy. However, the room felt a bit worn out and the bed was quite firm. The service from the front desk staff was fantastic, very modern and efficient, although it wasn't a traditional concierge service. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore both town and Waikiki, walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the Hilton lagoon. While the hotel dining options were good, I found myself mainly using the kitchen in my room. Overall, a nice stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable stay, although the air conditioning was a bit lacking. The service was top-notch, offering great connections to transportation and attractions on Oahu. The location was superb, with easy access to convenience stores, shopping centers, and the man-made lagoon for a quick swim. The dining options were good, although we preferred having breakfast in our condo. The facilities met our needs adequately.
Staying at this place was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like mini houses with all the necessary appliances in place, but the actual stay in apartment 729 turned out to be quite depressing. The small kitchen was well-equipped, though it's crucial to double-check the photos before booking to avoid disappointment.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a stunning view of the top performer at the Hilton Hawaiian village and the lagoon overlooking the boat harbor. However, they showed some signs of wear and tear at the back of the building. The service was efficient, but I wished it was more informative at times, especially when I was waiting for a car that morning. The location was great, being in the middle between the mall and Waikiki, with easy access to shops and a short walk to the Ala Moana shopping center. I loved the convenient access to the pool and the beach. The dining options were good, but I found myself mostly using the kitchen in our condo. Overall, good value for the great location.
The hotel had a misleading room configuration for 5 people, with a disappointing appearance compared to the photos. However, the service was excellent, particularly Chester who was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Waikiki, close to shopping and dining options. Dining was satisfactory, but most breakfasts were enjoyed in the condo kitchen.
This hotel was a gem! The rooms had everything one could need, perfect for those who enjoy cooking in their room. It felt like a mini suite, clean, good size, and had a lovely veranda offering ocean views and a fantastic Friday night firework show. The higher floors, above the 7th floor, were a definite plus.
